Process Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead the process engineering discipline for offshore projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical quality.

Develop, review, and approve key engineering deliverables, including:

• Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Heat & Material Balances
• Process simulations and calculations
• Equipment sizing and datasheets

Provide technical leadership and guidance to process engineers within the team.

Interface and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, instrumentation, electrical, etc.).

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and international standards.

Support and participate in process safety studies (e.g., HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessments).

Manage client interactions and act as the focal point for process-related discussions.
