Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Establish strategic plans and procedures at all levels to ensure that the quality system meets and exceeds quality expectations, making a successful performance team focused on Quality.
- Integrally follow up on the progress and results of quality indicators: IPPM, PPM,SCRAP, COQ and FTT.
- Drive quality at source and self-inspection process to complement production systems.
- Leads and drives zero defect culture throughout the organization through training and continuous communication.
- Responsible for leading the team in charge and maintaining effective communication.
- Implement the appropriate environment and mechanisms necessary to stimulate the continuous search for improvement ideas to be implemented.
