SMT Process Support

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT production equipment, including:Solder paste printersSPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machinesPick-and-place machinesReflow ovensAOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems
  • Monitor SMT line performance and ensure products meet quality requirements.
  • Perform machine changeovers and product conversions according to production schedules.
  • Support first article inspection and process validation during new product introductions (NPI).

  • Set up and maintain automated dispensing equipment for:AdhesivesUnderfill materialsEpoxyThermal interface materials (TIM)Conformal coating materials
