Overview

Join a newly established Dubai office of a well-established upstream oil firm. Drive procurement across drilling and well services (Subsurface) or production, projects, and facilities (Surface / Infrastructure). Play a strategic role in shaping procurement policies, processes, and supplier strategy.

Client Details

The client is a leading oil field services and equipment organisation supporting upstream oil and gas operations across Africa. They are establishing a centralised procurement hub in Dubai to drive sourcing activities, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support regional operations alongside a global vendor base.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across either Subsurface or Surface / Infrastructure categories
• Manage sourcing processes including RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiation, and execution
• Build and manage supplier relationships across Africa, UAE, Europe, Asia, and the US
