Position Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking a business-minded Product Design Manager (Product Owner) to lead the design and enhancement of logistics systems, including warehouse management, fulfilment, and last‑mile delivery platforms.

This role will drive the upgrade of the existing Express Management System (EMS) from Version 1.0 to 2.0 , ensuring alignment between operational needs, customer journeys, and system capabilities.

The ideal candidate is 80% business and requirement‑focused, 20% technical , with strong communication and project management capabilities.

    • Warehouse Management (Inbound, Outbound, Fulfilment)
    • Pick & Pack Operations
    • Last‑Mile Delivery (B2C & B2B Express)
