Build familiarity with your squad's product area and users, with guidance from your manager and senior designer.Translate well-defined problems into clean, considered design solutions, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.Participate in generative and evaluative research activities (user interviews, usability tests) alongside more senior team members.Work within and apply the design system consistently across your features; flag gaps or inconsistencies when you spot them.Gather and incorporate feedback from users, peers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.Partner with your PM and senior designer to understand the problem space before jumping to solutions.Share your work regularly with your immediate team for early feedback and iteration.Participate in cross-functional workshops and design critique sessions as a contrib...
