Product Director, Banking Engagement & Growth

Crypto.com is seeking a senior Product leader to bridge Trading and Banking, unifying fiat and stablecoins into a neobank experience. You will drive data-driven growth, lead rapid experimentation, and mentor 2-3 PMs to deliver high-impact features across global markets.

You will champion onboarding, activation, retention, and AI-fueled prototyping to turn idle cash into daily active banking usage, shaping NOK and cross-border banking experiences.
