Product Engineer (Advantest 93K ATE)

• Deliver engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release.
• Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement.
• Maintain close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and communicate technical product status to management.

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of Product/Test Engineering experience with foundry process background.
• Hands‑on experience with Advantest 93K ATE.
