Position Overview

Drive Korat Product Engineering is to achieve objectives of operational effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction. This is also including providing technical guidance across functions in-depth knowledge for problem-solving and deliver engineering solution for new product market launch.

About the role - you will:

  • Be responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability

  • Failure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering idea for solution and improve yield & quality

  • Can support and provide technical solution based on engineering knowledge to serve challenging business task
