Molex is expanding its Wavelength Management (WLM) business and is seeking a Product Line Director at our Fremont, CA location. This role will provide strategic leadership for a critical product portfolio within Molex Optical Solutions. In this role, you will own product line strategy, long‑term roadmap, and financial performance, guiding investment decisions and driving sustainable growth across global telecom and datacom markets.
Our Team
You will join the Product Line Management team within Molex Optical Solutions, focused on the Wavelength Management segment. The team partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align product strategy with market demand and execution capabilities.
