Product Manager

Epiroc are now seeking a Product Manager for the parts and services division. The PSD Product Manager’s mission is to help to maximise customer share and product line sales for the LHD product line within Australia. Key Responsibilities of the role:

Identify potential improvements to machine models and review to decide whether they can or should be designed/implemented locally or globally

Develop sales campaigns to support increased product sales, based on own product knowledge and feedback gathered from the greater business and industry

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service and Service Departments to ensure the product line is performing in a positive nature

Work closely with the Inventory team to support healthy stock levels

Work with planning team to provide strategic feedback and insight regarding parts forecasting trends
