Product Owner, Ops Support — Rooms & Performance Lead

IHG is looking for a product owner for their Ops Support team in Mexico, Estado de México. This role involves liaising with the Head of Ops, driving operational improvements, and managing multiple projects related to GC Rooms Operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong PC skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Mandarin, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Hotel Management. Experience in international hotel operations is preferred.
