Overview of the role

The Product Portfolio Manager, WestJet App, is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and delivering the strategy and roadmap for WestJet’s guest‑facing iOS and Android applications. This role is accountable for transforming the WestJet App into the definitive day‑of‑travel companion for every guest—a proactive, intelligent mobile experience that supports travelers from pre‑trip planning through post‑landing, including real‑time disruption support, flight status, check‑in, boarding passes, loyalty access, and personalized communications.

Key Deliverables

• The Product Portfolio Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end digital product ecosystem of the WestJet iOS and Android applications. The app operates as both a channel and a product, integrating and surfacing capabilities across the guest journey, including:
