Qualifications
- Strong people management skills
- Creative Suite experience (illustrator etc.)
- Artwork and repro experience (preferably in packaging)
- Strong analytical skills and good office skills (Excel etc.)
- Esko experience would be great
- Experience with quality procedures desirable
- Workflow and process improvement experience
- Continual improvement
