Production Operative

We are looking for a hands-on Process Operator / Production Operative on a permanent basis, to support their Manufacturing and print room operations. This is a practical, fast-paced role where quality, safety, and teamwork matter.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in manufacturing or production
• Confident using machinery and hand tools, working to precise dimensions
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Flexible, reliable, and a team player
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate knife over roller coating and print room processes (laminating & UV printing)
