Job Overview

The Molding Production Planner schedules & allocates production orders based on customer needs, improving operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Convert planned orders into production orders, managing inventory coverage while minimizing change overs.
• Ensure production plan is posted in ERP/MRP and keep it updated.
• Monitor changes in material requirements and production orders and act accordingly.
• Ensure desired utilization of job centers (machines & molds) given personal MRP vs demand, following Tactical and MPS processes, analyze future situation timely and act to maintain balance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Production scheduling experience in a manufacturing plant with capacity limitations in equipment or material.
