Production Scheduling Coordinator - Contract

Responsibilities

• Execute plant SOPs including extrusion, fabrication, and slotting into a 4‑week production schedule for regional assigned plants.
• Coordinate product transfer for shared production among sites.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, customer service, warehouse, and shipping to meet production and customer requirements, including executing schedule changes with Operations and Customer Service.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Work with plant managers and purchasing to arrange manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Establish and communicate weekly frozen schedule with Operations.
• Schedule make‑to‑order items—establish dates, define required upcharges or minimum QTY, fill orders to meet required ship dates, and advise Customer Service team.
