  Job Description 

 We are looking for a  Production Supervisor  for our plant in  Carlisle, PA . This individual will be responsible for the management of Plant 4 manufacturing process. The Production Supervisor will demonstrate leadership on shift to accomplish training objectives, meet production schedules in a high quality, safe manner, facilitates problem solving and decision making.
  Schedule: 
 Rotating Shift: 7:00a.m – 3:30p.m.; 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; Rotates each week. 
  Job Responsibilities: 
 Provide leadership and direction to shift personnel in order to meet the production requirements.
 Review inventory and production levels to make recommendations and adjustments to maintain efficient balance.
 Fill in for other Production Supervisors when required, due to vacation, off-site meetings and absenteeism .
