About the Company Texo Prefab World manufactures premium prefab homes, cabins, and site offices at our Jeedimetla factory. We need someone who can run the shop floor daily — managing workers, checking quality, and making sure every unit is built on time. What You'll Do Manage the daily work of fabrication, welding, and fitting workers on the factory floor Assign work to each worker every morning and check progress through the day Check quality at every stage — welding, panel fitting, finishing — before work moves ahead Make sure materials needed are available — coordinate with the store Keep daily records of what work was completed Report any delay or problem to management same day Make sure safety rules are followed on the floor Who Can Apply 2 to 8 years experience working in a factory that makes: steel structures, prefab buildings, site offices, containers, or similar metal fabrication products Should know how welding, cutting, and fitting work — even if you don't do it yourself, yo...
