Production Supervisor

Doherty Career Solutions is partnering with a local Maple Lake, MN company as they look to add a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to the thriving team. This role is a hands-on supervisor and will work alongside the team. The Production Supervisor will provide their team with daily direction, training and development to ensure quality products are produced, minimize or eliminate defects, and maximize efficiencies (people, machines, and materials). They will be responsible for ensuring the team achieves the company’s on-time delivery goals and meeting or exceeding our customer expectations. This role will range between $60,000-70,000 depending upon experience.
