Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Production Shift Supervisor to lead and oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional with strong technical expertise in blow moulding (HDPE) and proven leadership experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production activities to consistently achieve output targets
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with health and PPE standards
• Oversee operations using the 4M framework (Man, Machine, Material, Method)
• Deliver high‑quality production aligned with customer specifications
• Monitor machine performance and address breakdowns or non‑conformances swiftly
• Manage efficient mould and colour changeovers in line with procedures
