Production Supervisor (Stay-in)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity protocols
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor animal health
• Identify and treat sick animals promptly
• Diagnose diseases or abnormalities through observation
• Track and record mortality and morbidity rates
• Oversee vaccination programs according to protocols
• Ensure SOP adherence in Farrowing and Wean-to-Finish operations
• Plan schedules to meet manpower needs
• Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational issues
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in a swine farm
• Able to stay in the farm premises in Pinamungajan, Cebu
• High adaptability and problem‑solving skills
