Position Overview

            Application Support Analyst  Responsible for managing a team and engage in day‑to‑day support activities including incident and problem management. 
Perform production deployments and patch activities on the supported applications and servers. 
Work with product support and development teams for permanent resolution/change review – all types including enhancements and bug fixes. 
Collaborate with level 1 support in application knowledge transfer and in establishing standard first‑level recovery processes, system‑health checks and scheduled activities, as well as handling common application user queries. 
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as application, business, infrastructure, security, and operations to continually improve application stability. 
Develop support operational documentation summarizing common support issues. 
Develop reports and drive audit RFI’s and requirements.
