Production Support Analyst

Position Overview

Hybrid role requiring presence at the downtown Toronto office at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Production support of the IWS (Integrated Wires Systems) application.
• Handle complex problems independently and demonstrate analytical thinking.
• Understand the existing application flow with high accuracy and suggest a test plan during migration of the application to a newer platform.
• Provide technical support during QA and UAT phases.
• Prepare production implementation plans and provide post‑implementation support.
• Application knowledge of BESS would be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of HPE OS systems and their hardware.
• NonStop Pathway concepts, COBOL, SCOBOL, TAL (good to have).
• FUP, SCUP, DDL, Enform, Enscribe, SQL/MP, Escort (good to have).
