In this role, you prepare surfaces for coating by removing grease, dirt, and contaminants to ensure proper adhesion of spray paint or conformal coatings. You mix paints and chemicals to meet customer specifications, following correct methods and safety regulations. Before work begins, you set up spray equipment, materials, and purpose‑built spray booths, then operate the spraying systems safely and accurately to achieve high‑quality finishes on manufactured products.
