Production Worker B, AM, Bakery - Lakeland

Palletizer

The position selected for will depend on skill set.

Responsibilities include:

packaging bakery products to be sent to Publix stores

operating palletizing equipment to stack containers of product on pallets

moving, dumping and scraping bowls and hoppers and ensuring pans are in place for product to be deposited

placing product on the production line and applying icing and toppings

cleaning equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with industrial strength chemicals

accurately completing all paperwork required by the position and

other duties as assigned.
