The role centres on stabilizing critically ill patients, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and safeguarding patient dignity and recovery in a high‑acuity environment.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Specialized Critical Care: Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Patient Assessment & Management: Continuously assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex medical conditions such as acute respiratory failure, multi‑organ dysfunction, and severe infections.
