Position Overview
Stantec is seeking a Professional Services Contracts Specialist to oversee contract reviews and negotiations. Engage with project teams and legal experts to ensure contracts adhere to corporate policies.
As a full-time specialist, you will have at least two years of contract work experience or relevant education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Your attention to detail will be key in customizing contracts and resolving potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate contracts and proposals
• Communicate critical contract issues to project teams
• Assist in negotiations with clients upon request
• Assess client modifications and contract exceptions
• Enter contract data into relevant databases
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in contract management or related fields
• Educational equivalent of high school graduation
• Legal experience or education is advantageous
