PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Operations Directorate (N3) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Responsibilities You will oversee the development of metrics and measures designed to identify command level trends, gaps, and areas of concern. You will advise senior leaders on the most effective use of manpower resources within an organization. You will serve as a technical advisor on program analysis results, process compliance, or business products or services. You will determine recruitment requirements for an organization.
