Program Analyst

Summary About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst for the Regulatory program in the Savannah District, providing complex substantive management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual, multi-year, and long-range fiscal planning for the organization through the use of financial management tools including the financial management system. Responsibilities Analyzes and evaluates program-level financial data to formulate, justify, and execute budgets for organizational missions. Conducts detailed analyses of program operations, identifying significant deviations from objectives, and recommending corrective actions to management based on qualitative and quantitative findings. Gathers and interprets complex data from various sources to prepare and present reports, briefings, and justifications on program performance, resource utilization, and cost-benefit outcomes.
