Job Description
This role plays a critical part in reviewing, comparing, and administering client contracts, ensuring contractual accuracy, compliance, and strong alignment with internal policies, legal requirements, and operational processes. Key projects: Contract Review, Comparison & Administration - Review, validate, and compare client contracts and contractual amendments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approved templates, pricing structures, and legal terms. - Perform side by side contract comparisons to identify deltas, inconsistencies, commercial impacts, or compliance risks. - Ensure contract data (terms, entity details, dates, obligations, and commercial attributes) is correctly reflected in CRM and operational systems.
