Position Overview

Responsibilities

Program Coordinator required for Emergency Receiving home working with children 0-11.

  • Providing support to support staff in various tasks and training.
  • Manage, supervise, coordinate and monitor program activities.
  • Scheduling and/or conducting intakes.
  • Ensure implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff directly supervised.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Communication with team members.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff members focusing on progress, obstacles and other issues pertaining to the program.
  • Ensure coordination, cooperation and implementation of training/workshops.
