Role Overview

The Program Director is a leadership role responsible for spearheading program delivery strategy across a diverse portfolio of major client account engagements. Central to this role is cultivating and managing direct client relationships at the executive level, ensuring successful execution of projects across the account portfolio. The Director leads cross‑functional program teams, establishes delivery governance mechanisms, and drives strategies to meet program goals while balancing delivery and financial success to achieve profitability and growth targets.
