Program Manager

Position Description

The Program Manager acts as the central hub connecting customers with internal engineering, production, and supply chain teams. This role acts as the primary internal owner of assigned programs, ensuring contractual, technical, quality, schedule, and commercial requirements are met.

They are responsible for the entire life cycle—from Request for Quote (RFQ) to final delivery—ensuring that complex, high-precision parts are produced on time, within budget, and to strict quality standards.

Salary $85,000

Reports to Senior Management

Shift 40 hours/week, flexible schedule, onsite, some travel required
