**About the Job:**
We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work in a matrixed organization within Red Hat to achieve program goals.
We’re looking for someone who can steward critical strategic investments and transformational change by providing leadership and direction to programs. You’ll be responsible for planning and governance, and overseeing the successful output of a program, which is made up of multiple projects. You’ll help teams complete projects efficiently, working as a facilitator and setting shared milestones. You’ll manage cross-team collaboration and report status for multiple projects. You’ll communicate to stakeholders at different levels of the organization to promote collaboration and coordination.
