Program Support Assistant

Summary The Department of Veterans Affairs is recruiting to fill a Program Support Assistant, at the Northern Arizona Health Care System, within it's Mental Health and Behavioral Science Service Line. The primary purpose of the Program Support Assistant (PSA), is to provide comprehensive program and administrative support to the Access Programs Manager and Support Staff. The incumbent directly supports an assigned administrative work area. Responsibilities The PSA performs general program support work such as the collection, compilation, research, and/or tracking of data and program information. The major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serves as key member of Access Programs (Suicide Prevention, Primary Care Mental Health Care Integration (PCMHI), Workplace Violence Prevention, and Access/Gap) for data management and production of reports on an array of issues.
