Position Overview

About the role:
This position will sit within the Continuous Improvement, Uplift and Technology team, supporting the Frontline Support Services project that is responsible for the employment and ongoing maintenance of the reservist workforce.
The Frontline Support Services project aims to design, implement and evaluate a new Police reservist - Frontline Support Officer (FSO) function to strengthen frontline service delivery and reduce administrative burden on operational police members. This role will support the project team across a variety of administrative tasks, including engagement with applicants, maintenance of applicant databases, administrative support of recruiting processes for applicants in process, and administrative support for onboarding of new employees in the reservist stream in consultation with the Victoria Police Academy and other internal stakeholders.
