Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, including project claims and submissions.
  • Maintain and update project costing records, budgets, and expenditure tracking.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare project reports, status updates, and administrative documents as required.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
