Project Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Review Tender/Contract documents and implement contract management systems, procedures and processes for effective Contract Management as laid out by the Company and best practices.
• Support the tendering and operational teams with relevant CM inputs namely, Contract & Risk Analysis, Bid Clarifications & Correspondence.
• Build awareness on contractual rights and obligations of Customer and Project stakeholders among the Operations/Project teams and provide comprehensive contract management support from Project start-up to closeout.
• Ensure that Contracts are duly performed and closed, with all contractual issues fully resolved and settled.
• Ensure Project Plans are properly devised and implemented in coordination with the Planning & Controls Department.
• Ensure that Extension of Time, Change Order and Claims entitlements are duly pursued to the Company’s benefit.
