Our client, a well-established Building Contractor, based in Brackenfell (Cape Town) is seeking their Project Coordinator (Technical Office) now!

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.


• Diploma in Construction Management.


• Diploma in Architectural Technology.


• Quantity Surveying qualification with a strong technical understanding.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in construction industry.


• Strong understanding of constructional drawings.


• Experience in Project Management.


• Procurement coordination experience.


• Workshop of manufacturing exposure.


• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills,


• Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously.
