Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Hunt Valley Office We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution and daily operations of our solar projects.

This role works closely with Project Managers to ensure all phases of a project are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.

The ideal candidate brings a background in construction or a related field and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning and executing project action plans related to scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.

Monitor and manage team goals, project timelines, and documentation.

Participate in design, status, and budget meetings.

Coordinate permits, utility approvals, incentive applications, and closeout documentation.
