Position Overview
**Job Title: Project Coordinator**
**Location: Southfield, MI (Onsite Hybrid)**
**Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the Vending PC Replacement Project. This temporary, part‑time position will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution of project activities, including logistics coordination, scheduling, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and third‑party vendors.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, project management, and problem‑solving while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate logistics for outbound PC shipments from our third‑party vendor and manage return shipments from customers back to the vendor.
+ Schedule technical field service associates for customer site visits.
