- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with plant leadership and operations to align efforts.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication between English-speaking leadership and local Spanish-speaking teams.
