Project Developer

Alight is a leading solar IPP on a mission to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable energy system by developing, owning, and operating solar & BESS assets that deliver long‑term value for businesses and the planet.

As a Project Developer, you will be part of our development team, supporting the delivery of solar and storage projects from early‑stage development through to Ready‑to‑Build (RTB) and Final Investment Decision (FID). You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, authorities, and grid companies to ensure projects are developed efficiently and in line with regulatory and technical requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, while contributing to the growth of large‑scale renewable energy projects in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
