Position Overview

Summary
This position is accountable for Engineering Coordination and managing all Engineering Interfaces.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
To prepare engineering execution plan as part of Project execution plan & present to discuss the same with all concerned before being finalized

To update the engineering execution plan continuous basis with life cycle of project

To organize on time Contract review (Technical requirements) with all disciplines

To organize on time internal kick off meetings on projects

To expedite for time execution of engineering in line with engineering schedule & report to PEM/PM

Prepare Engineering Deliverable List, Purchase Requisition List and IDC Document Distribution Matrix

Maintain various log & registers i.e. Issue Log, Hold List, DCN Register, Comment Resolution Sheet Record, Concession Request Record, Technical Quer...
