specializing in landed properties (New Build / Rebuild / A&A works)

You will manage the entire lifecycle of luxury house construction, bridging engineering compliance with meticulous on‑site craftsmanship. This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage premium finishing subcontractors and strict adherence to Singapore’s regulatory frameworks (BCA, URA, PUB, MOM, NEA, etc) while delivering bespoke homes to private clients.
