Location :Austin, Texas (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Job Summary

This role works closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, vendors, and business partners to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

A current PMP certification is mandatory and must be reflected on the candidate's resume.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, timelines, and action item trackers.

Coordinate activities across multiple divisions and business units.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Support implementation activities for moderate to complex initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
