Job Title: Project Manager - BWPCLocation: Gateway, Cavite (Onsite)Job Description:
1. Working directly with the line crews on a daily basis, he/she also acts as the technical trainer for line teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures.2. Work with the factory team on layout principles, automation, business case proposals and future innovations to be included in the site deliverables.3. Facilitate and work with Factory operations team to review current operational requirements/opportunity for improvement as an input to improve safety, quality and productivity.4. Propose solution and improvement in case of design conflict and challenges, lead in Design review and propose solution on issues raised5. Prepare and work with functional team to build the URS and Specifications for development of procurement packages for supplier RFP and bidding.6.
