Trade Roofing – Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to oversee onsite operations and pre‑construction planning. This role serves as the critical link between clients, field crews, and internal departments. You will ensure that every project; from minor repairs to full roof replacements, is executed with precision, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage and supervise multiple onsite roofing crews simultaneously.
  • Conduct detailed crew orientations based on site inspections and specific Scopes of Work (SOW).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite facility managers and maintenance personnel.
  • Track daily onsite progress and verify crew labor hours accurately.
