   Required Skills   

   Bachelor s degree in business, public administration, information systems, or a related field  

   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification  

   Agile certifications such as:  

   Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)  

   SAFe Agilist (SA)  

   Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)  

   5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, managing large-scale projects of moderate complexity and risk  

   Experience leading Agile teams and managing full project lifecycles  

   Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Microsoft Planner (Premium), JIRA, or similar
